God Squad began as a dream in 2003 to offer an opportunity for children to come to church to have fun and learn about the love of Jesus in the midst of that fun. What started out with 15-18 kids on a Wednesday and an adult or two running by the seat of their pants has evolved into a Wednesday evening program that currently has 75-80 kids in attendance. It has grown to the point that we have separated the 5th - 6th graders from the K– 4th graders. The older kids meet on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. while the younger kids meet at 6:00 p.m. A common meal is served together at 5:30 p.m. Aimee Burch currently oversees the program with the help of 10-12 other adults.
